Pros and Cons of Green Tea

Hi Guys,

I believe that everything has its pros and cons...
I spotted these links during my weekend surfing, thought of sharing them with you guys ;)
While we are aware of the benefit of Green Tea.. I think we also need to increase our awareness of the flip side.

Hurray!! Finally a 2 month school holiday! (though I still working) but at least there are some personal time for friends and dolls <3333
Met up Jas for lunch and shopping yesterday. It was a fruitful one, we managed to shop from suntec to orchard to doby, given so limited time xD Efficient indeed!

And guess what?! I managed to get a set of clothing for Javen after so much attempt with searching! *Honestly there are plenty of barbie dolls everywhere but Ken doll seem to be really rare!!* I did spotted a Ken doll in suit, but in order to buy him, you have to buy his bride as well...yup they come in a set ._." Thus the idea of purchasing was called off!

But I gotten a set from action figurines that sells outfit separately.. I was worry that the clothing might not fit.. but it turn out not so bad xD

The Es Brothers

Here's a new recruit to introduce.
An adoption from Monkeu, his name is Esto (Thanks Monkeu!)
Since I knew him, he had been called Esto, thus I decide to retain his name as Esto! <3

LOL And with that, Emanuel got himself a new brother! here a picture of them together!

I thought of having Esto as the younger brother of Emanuel... haha but i think there a need to swap because...
to my surprise, Esto was taller than Emanuel.

So Emanuel has gotten a elder brother!

Not sure if you have notice it but i'm moving from the L initial names. xD
This time with the initial "E" and so "qiao" Esto name also start with E! <33
So here you are the Es bros: Emanuel and Esto!

Finally a hair cut!! Long waited~~

Weather in Singapore these couple of weeks had been really hot..
With my hair getting thicker and longer.... the heat is really killing me >__<

Finally I had accomplished my "hair cutting" mission. it dragged on for a week!
A week worth of bad hair day.. even with lots of gel applied on my hair, it just doesn't keep them up, it looks as though nothing was applied...

Here's the reasons for my mission near impossible:

Monday: Wanted to cut but I had to stay back for work last minute

Tuesday: Rush project A

Wednesday: Rush project B

Thursday: Class after work

Fridays: Wanted to cut after work!
Feeling so happy since morning, telling my colleague about how happy i was to get my hair cut at last!
However on my way back home, I suddenly recalled that I have to finished up my 14 exam questions provided by my teacher on thurday night.
Due date: saturday late afternoon, but I got project dicussion in the morning... T^T

Saturday: Met my project mate in the morning to do project A & B, I told her how happy I was to cut my hair after class (6.30 pm).. In the end had to stay back for project B as we haven not finished the dicussion in the morning.. GRR!

Sunday: Finally~~~~ <3333

Woosh~~ Feeling the breeze is good!!! <333 Yet it took so long...

Emanuel

Met up with Michelle and Xueni to collect doll item and study at the national library. LOL, though we end up shopping and eating more than studying.. xD But at least we really did a few hours of studying! Yay~~

Thanks to Xueni's request, I brought my tiny boy out.. otherwise the poor boy will be stuck at home, with not much attention given since the day he arrived >__<..

Probably bringing him out was a right thing to do, I felt a little productive that I trimed his fur wig. xD

I decided to name him, Emanuel.. he will be a boy for now...
Till I get him a dress.. <333

Introducing 28

Haha "28" a weird name indeed (especially when it was meant to read this number in chinese "Er Shi Pa") This is a name picked by my dad for... this little fellow

Wondering why 28?? Probably you have guess it right. That's because he was found on 28 Aug

This litle fellow was found at our house, when Dad spotted him sneakily running out from my brother's door to my bedroom. Initially, Dad thought it was some big insect but at a closer look, he exclaimed that it was a rat! [Note: In chinese, both mouse and rat are call the same" This scare me a little but at the same times I wasn't surprise if there a rat in the house especially in the bed room as my sis tend to dump her clothing or tibits on the floor =_=

Thank goodness it was just a hamster!

This poor fellow is just so lucky as it got the best accomodation, food and entertainment All this are made possible thanks to my friend, Pam who has the necessary equipment and knowledge! xD Thanks Pam!

Through 28, I learnt that most hamsters are usually very active in the night. and sleepy in th day. As for 28, i think it's hyperactive, espeically he is quite good with monkey bar (which I think it trying to attempt escape...)

Ok I shall stop here as it is getting late and my eyes are getting heavier each time...

Birthday!

Hurray! Common tests are finally over!
Scoping with full time work & part time study sure is a new challenge!
A whole new experience which differ from part time work and full time study in my poly days..

But...i'm still ALIVE, breathing! xD

Lune's [schulze] birthday fall on 24th August and this marks his 1st year stay here! ~~Though I still trying to figure out his actual age since I brought him 2nd hand..~~ Sadly due to my company law and financial accounting papers, i didn't have much time on him... T^T As for Louise [Er] birthday fall on 1 Sep [ which also happen to Teachers' Day] and this marks his 2ND year here! *Gosh I can't believe how fast time flies!! Everything seems so like yesterday...

Nevertheless, I am anticipanting more great years to come!
Hopefully I can get snap shots of them with their fellow brothers this coming weekend! xD

Life seem hectic these day. Have been busy struggling with work and studies + tons of text to read up (as 65~75% of my business knowledge was thrown out of my brain storage D: )

I felt really sorry and sad that I could hardly have time for my dolls especially the non-bjds!
Thus I decided to take snap shots of Javen (Taeyang) and Adrian (9" Vinyl Doll)
~~LOL, i finally kicked myself to fix Javen's arm back on his shoulder socket and Adrian have his right eye lashes fixed and wig washed xD~~

Death in a glance..

I guess Death comes in a glance for many.. Too shocking to believe that God had taken them back...

News last night came in a surprise that one of my friends had passed away due to camp mishap..
I was really loss for words but once again, I was harshly reminded how vulnerable and helpless life can be..

May God bless my friend to find rest in peace and may his family and close one find peace at heart.
Amen.

Time sure flies~ Today marks the 1st year for Lucas! XD

Lucas was my 1st MSD that I bought after looking through several BJD companies..
Though he's may not be photogenic at times.. In real life, he's really cute especially with those pouty lip.. ~~(my P.O.V ^^)~~

Happy Birthday to you, Lucas!! A great 1 year and more years to come ahead!!

Wisdom Teeth [ 3 shots]

I had never like visiting the dental since I was young... The look of fierce/serious looking dentist and the sound of drilling instrument would just send me fear to visit one...

But I finally took my courage and made a decision to visit one as my 2 growing-wisdom teeth are giving me on & off pain from time to time..

An X-ray was done last week and I was pretty shocked when the dental specialist annouced " I will have to extract 4 wisdom teeth in total" ~~[ I was told by the dentist of another dental clinic that I need to extract 2 which the dental refer me to a specialist to do the extraction due to complication]~~

The other 2 wisdom teeth never grew out of the gum, and are big in size and they are growing in the wrong direction =_=" [i.e horiztonal].. Sigh~ How great to hear...

Bottom wisdom teeth are horizontal impact while the upper one are too cramp up to grow.. =_=
"X" refer to the removed teeth..

Today morning was the first extraction, where I have to remove 2 on the left side of my mouth [picture: right side], 1 pluck [top]and 1 remove by surgery [bottom]. Wisdom teeth extraction was not about the pain of the removal, but the pain of the injection to make my gum go numb... and it really does hurt a little...

Within 15-20 mins.. out came the teeth XD

Top Wisdom Teeth [pic: left]was drilled broken into 2 pieces as it was too hard to pluck out.. I felt the pressure despite the numbness D: Bottom Wisdom Teeth [pic: right] was digged out from my gum @_@ a tiny piece of gum was intact with the tooth D:

I was given non-woven gauze to stop the bleeding, medication for swelling and pain and 5 days MC..
The gums at the bottom were sew back thus there wasn't much bleeding, it was the plucked one that cause too much loss of blood..
It kept bleeding till 7 plus D: In the end I gave up biting onto the gauze, and it better now, though it still bleed but not as much ;D

Imagine every piece of gauze contain this much blood... And forgetting that my "Good Friend" is coming in this couple of day for their monthly visit... Expecting a major blood loss....

Yet no chicken can be in my diet as they may cause infection D: Wahaha thank god my last meal (dinner) before the extraction was KFC Zinger Burger XD So I'm pretty satisfy to go for lightly meals this couple of days XD

=_= Soon I will visit the dental again for switch removal..and another appointment for the removal of the right side wisdom teeth... D:
I hope the healing process period will be a smooth one > <

Wish me best of luck.. meanwhile i'm thinking of what I can i do for the next 5 days. <-- Afterall these week of hectic workload, it feel weird to stop function all the sudden...

PS: I think I will watch the wisdom extraction video in Youtube after I removed all my wisdom teeth, if not I might not have the mental preparation to got the 2nd round.. <-- Imagine you saw all the instrument used and how it was taken out D: Thanks god, my eyes were covered when they did my removal.. ignorance is bliss indeed! ;)

Worst Nightmare.

When I first bought my SD boy (Louise), I used to wake up in the night to check on my doll's hands several times as I dreamt of myself crushing on their fragile fingers while they are next to me in bed... (after that I never place them on my bed side, they are currently sitting on my bookshelf)

But yesterday night, it was worst than the crushing hands... I dreamt of myself, screaming like hell, running madly and refusing to accept the fact when I found my SD boy (Louise) with many deep scratch due to cat's craws!!!! Of all places, his face!!!!!! And his nose looks slightly slanted!! *faints*

In my dream I kept telling myself, the doll in my hands was not Louise ( he really doesn't look like my boy) while I run down the street?! to find Louise.. Thank god, I manage to find him safe and sound at the end of the street in a shop house where its interior look like my bookshelf (where I place my dolls in reality)

*Alarm rings* And I woke up from my dream to prepare for work...

I know it a weird dream because the surrounding seems to be everchanging and weird, but what I couldn't take off my mind was the look of the damaged doll face... It's not scary but it's just heart pain to see it... *shiver, indeed a nightmare!*

Gestation Period to Birth...

I was helping my friend to research on the gestation period of a dog, as she wasn't too sure how many days will it take for the mother dog to give birth after hearing from different experts' opinions..

To help her out, I was trying my luck to search for online video of a documentary that I have watch on TV some years back..
It's a N.Geograhpic Documentary about Animal in Womb of a Elephant, Dog and Dolphin

I also wish to show her the Human Pregnancy as well (since she may be planning to have a child) but I was unable to find it....
BUT instead I found the Human Pregnancy for more than 1 child (i.e twins, triplets & Quads), *cough* I ended watching the videos till now ignoring the fact that I'm working later in the morning...!!

Does anyone know why picture doesn't seem to be smooth ~~* i can't find the right adjective to use ^^*~~ when picture is resize?

It make the picture looks ?? after resizing them ~~<--Another blank adjective..~~

Any suggestions/advise to prevent or reduce it? Was it due to camera setting?

Causal Wear

Yesterday night, I spot this malay guy on the train, wearing a simple t-shirt with a plain checkered shirt over it, a black bermudas and a pair nike shoes..~~yeah, he look great in it!!~~ It striked my mind to dress Louise up in that style when I reached home (which he used to dressed a year ago, the causal look xD)

Since my other 2 little ones are usually in causal wear these days , I put them into the shot as well xD

Today was kinda a wasteful day for me as I spend a big half of Saturday catching and replenishing my sleep that I lack of for 3 weeks.. (thanks to company quarter end, office working hour is like 9am to 9-10pm..) Phew~ finally everything has come to an end! *sigh of relief*

And the only "productive" thing that I did today, was to finished up ~~though 70% only~~ Larry's face up..

*Sigh* there are still plenty rooms of improvement to go.... I'm really bad with lower eye lashes and eye brow!! They never balance.. T^T Currently left with sticking of his upper eye lashes and glossing of his lip..
